Equipment Collection & Delivery
Equipment can be collected from:
159 Gorge Road, Unit 36 during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm).
If you’re unable to collect during these hours, please let our team know. We can arrange for the equipment to be securely locked outside our office for after-hours pickup.
Delivery & Pickup Option
We also offer a delivery and pickup service within the Queenstown Basin for $100 + GST.
Security Deposit
A $200 security deposit is required to ensure the safe return of the equipment in good condition.
If you prefer not to pay the deposit upfront, we can hold your credit card details instead.
If you are collecting outside of business hours, or you have requested delivery and pickup, our team will call you to obtain your credit card details. Please make sure you provide the best phone number to reach you on when placing your booking.
Payment
Once your booking has been confirmed, payment will be taken at the time of pickup. If you are collecting outside of office hours or have selected delivery, we will send you an invoice.
Please note:
We do not offer Delivery and Pickup service during Weekends or public holidays.
If you are booking during the weekend, we won’t be able to process the booking till the next working day.
Mobility Scooter Hire (Coming Soon)
We will have a mobility scooter available for hire from early March.
Hire rates:
$175 + GST per day
$875 + GST per week
Delivery options (Queenstown Basin):
Delivery only: $150 + GST
Delivery and pick up: $250 + GST
