Debbie Swain - Director

Debbie Swain is the Director of Engage Safety Ltd. With experience in occupational health, compliance systems, and organisational governance, Debbie works closely with her experienced team to support business leaders in strengthening workplace safety frameworks that are practical, legally robust and sustainable

Engage Safety’s team are long-term local Queenstowners who understand the unique operational, seasonal, and workforce challenges specific to Queenstown, Wanaka, and Central Otago regions. This local knowledge enables the team to deliver tailored, responsive, and realistic safety solutions aligned to the industries operating in the area.

Debbie’s approach combines structured systems thinking with real-world application. She believes effective safety leadership requires clarity, accountability, and active engagement at every level of an organization.
